Mixed Cases, Minimum Orders and Pack Pricing for Wholesale Artificial Flowers
Before a first wholesale order, florists and small shops usually ask three things: can I mix, is there a minimum, and how does the price change with quantity? Here are the answers for NB8 Floral, with figures read from our live product database on 23 October 2026.
Quick Answer
There is no minimum order: you can buy a single pack, and that includes real touch flowers. Each design and color is sold as its own pack, so one order can mix as many different flowers as you like, one pack each. Mixing colors inside one pack is possible but is arranged with our team before ordering. Larger packs cost less per stem: for the same design and color, the largest pack holds a median of 2.5 times the stems of the smallest for about 2 times the price, which works out to roughly 20% less per stem.
Is There a Minimum Order?
No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value; a single pack is a valid order. A typical pack costs about $93 (the median across all options), and half of all options cost between $72.94 and $121.00 per pack, with shipping to US addresses included.
Can I Buy a Mixed Case?
“Mixed case” can mean two different things, and the answers differ:
- Different flowers in one order: yes. There is no per-design minimum, so an order can be one pack of roses, one of hydrangeas and one of eucalyptus.
- Different colors inside one pack: possible, but contact our team before ordering so it can be arranged.
- An assorted first look: the Sample Box is a box of assorted stems in silk, PU and real touch. You choose a color band; the stems are free and the $39.90 at checkout is the shipping cost; colors in US stock ship from our US warehouse and the others from China, with an estimated shipping time of 30 days.
What Is in a Pack?
Every option on our site states its stem count. The most common pack sizes are 30, 35, 60, 100 and 40 stems. 139 of our 388 designs come in more than one pack size, so you can often choose between a smaller pack to test and a larger pack for volume.
How Does the Price Change With Quantity?
Pack size moves the price per stem more than anything else. Median price per stem by pack size, across 2,371 options with a stated stem count (loose flower heads excluded):
| Pack size | Median price per stem |
|---|---|
| 13 to 25 stems | $3.26 |
| 26 to 60 stems | $2.53 |
| More than 60 stems | $1.70 |
| All options | $2.50 |
Comparing the same design in the same color, the largest pack holds a median of 2.5 times the stems of the smallest pack for about 2 times the price: roughly 20% less per stem (567 design-and-color pairs). Compare suppliers on price per stem, not price per pack.
Real Touch Flowers: Minimums and Price
- No minimum: a single pack of real touch flowers is fine.
- 71 real touch designs, in packs from 12 to 200 stems; the most common sizes are 24 and 60 stems.
- Median price per stem: $2.82 for real touch, against $2.43 for silk and $2.36 for PU, so real touch costs about 16% more per stem than silk in NB8 Floral’s catalog.
US Stock or Pre-Order
49 designs ship from our US warehouse: orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. The other 339 designs are pre-order, usually about 30 days; the product page shows the lead time. Availability is set for each option, so one design can have some colors in US stock and others shipping from China; if part of an order ships from China, it arrives in two shipments. See Shipping Information.
If Part of an Order Arrives Damaged
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to every order size. Within 7 days of delivery, items that are defective or damaged on arrival, or wrong items sent by our mistake, can be returned or exchanged; email nb8factory@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos or video and the shipping label, and we pay the return shipping for eligible cases.
