Payment Policy

How to pay

NB8 Floral accepts the following payment methods at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and NB8 Floral never sees or stores your full card number.

  • Credit and debit cards: major cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: shown as express buttons on the product, cart and checkout pages when your device and browser support them.
  • Link: Stripe’s saved-payment option, so you can pay with card details you have already stored with Link.
  • Klarna: pay in instalments, subject to Klarna’s own approval and terms.

We do not currently accept PayPal.

If your payment is declined

Card issuers sometimes decline a larger purchase as a fraud precaution. If that happens, you can:

  1. Call your card issuer and ask them to approve the purchase, then place the order again.
  2. Try a different card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Klarna.
  3. Email us at nb8factory@gmail.com with the products you want, and we will help you complete the order.
