Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and accurate orders for our customers. To maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency, we have established the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted for the following cases within 7 days of delivery:

  • Quality Issues: The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Shipments: You received the wrong item, size, or color due to our error.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Ordering the incorrect size, color, or quantity.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. How to Start a Request

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at nb8factory@gmail.com immediately. Please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return shipping is on us: for any eligible return or exchange (quality issue or our shipping error), we cover the return shipping cost. You will not be charged to send the item back.

4. Bulk Orders: Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

This policy applies to every order size, including large wholesale orders. To make a claim quick to verify:

  1. Check your order within 7 days of delivery. For multi-carton orders, check stems from every carton, not only the top layer.
  2. Before reshaping, discarding or installing anything, take clear photos or video of the affected items and of the shipping label.
  3. Email nb8factory@gmail.com with your order number, the photos or video, and which items and how many are affected.
  4. Keep the affected items until we confirm the next step.
  5. Once verified, we will guide you through the return or exchange. For eligible cases (quality issue or our shipping error), the return shipping is on us.

Change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color or quantity, and damage after use are not covered. If you are unsure about a color or material before a large order, order the Sample Box first.
