What Partner Support Covers
Partner support exists because a wholesale relationship needs more than a price list. These are the parts buyers ask for most often, and what each one actually involves.

Common questions
Do you offer OEM and private-label artificial flowers?
Yes. OEM and ODM production covers custom colourways, specifications and packaging. Minimums and lead times are set per project and differ from catalogue items, so the schedule is confirmed with your order rather than published as a single figure.
Can I use your product photos for my own listings?
Partners can use our existing product photography and video for listings and campaigns. Ask your account contact for the assets covering the SKUs you stock.
Do you offer dropshipping to my customers?
We can look at it case by case. Orders shipped directly to your customers go through a freight forwarder, and we assess each destination country separately, so we cannot guarantee delivery to every country. Some countries charge high import duties; for those, shipping and duties are calculated separately for each order. Send us the destination countries, the products and your expected order volume, and we will confirm what is possible before you start taking orders.
