We make custom artificial flower decorations, such as flower balls, arches and table centerpieces, from your reference photos, for wedding planners, event designers and florists. Send us a photo, the size and colours you need, and your event date, and we’ll send a quote.

Can you make decorations in any colour or style?

Yes. Send us a reference photo and we’ll make the piece to match. Before shipping, we send you photos of the finished sample to approve.

Can I see a sample before I commit?

Yes. Place and pay for the order first. We make the sample in 1–2 days and send you photos. If you’re not happy with it, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

How long does it take?

Once you approve the sample, we ship as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes about 1–2 weeks, depending on your address. For custom colours, private-label packaging or OEM production runs, we confirm the production and shipping schedule with your quote.

Is there a minimum order?

Handmade decorations made from your photos can start from 1 piece. Custom colours, private-label packaging and OEM production runs have minimums agreed per project, confirmed in your quote.

Will it look exactly like the photo?

Very close, but not identical: handmade pieces vary slightly in the number and placement of flowers. If that matters, ask us for final photos before shipping. Flowers can get pressed during transit, so fluff them back into shape when they arrive; we usually include spare flower heads and glue.

Can I return a custom order?

Not if you change your mind: every custom piece is handmade to your specification, so custom orders can’t be returned or refunded for that reason. If a piece arrives damaged, send us photos as soon as it arrives. We’ll look at the damage and agree on a solution with you.
