Yes, we can make decorations based on your photos. We will provide samples for your confirmation before shipment.
Can I obtain samples before placing an order?
You need to place an order and make payment first. We will make samples and send photos within 1-2 days. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the order for free.
What is the delivery time for customized orders?
Once the sample is approved, transportation usually takes 1-2 days, except in special circumstances.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized products?
No, there is no minimum order quantity – custom orders only start from 1 piece.
Does the product look exactly like the photo?
Due to differences in materials and assembly processes, there may be slight variations in the product. If you are concerned, we can send the final photos for your confirmation before shipping.
If I don’t like customized orders, can I return them?
Unfortunately, as custom orders are handmade, they are non refundable.
