Beaded Hanging Amaranthus – RC3009

A 110 cm hanging amaranthus in the beaded construction — plastic beads strung on wire, which gives the tassels enough weight to hang straight and hold the drop rather than curling back on themselves. The extra length over our 100 cm version matters in arch and hanging work, where the drop is the whole effect.

Red amaranthus is an autumn and harvest staple; green is used year-round where the trailing shape is wanted without the color. Both go into the same places — the front edge of a raised arrangement, over the lip of a compote, down the sides of an arch. Event designers order it in quantity for a named install rather than stocking it casually.
