Silk Salvia Stems – GZYX4001

A salvia stem — narrow vertical spikes of small florets, the garden-flower shape rather than a florist one. Salvia is a texture stem: it gives an arrangement fine vertical lines that break up the round heads of roses and peonies, and there is very little artificial competition in this specific form.

Purple is the true salvia color and the one that sells; pink and white extend it into pastel and neutral schemes. Designers use salvia in garden-style and wildflower arrangements, which have been the dominant styling direction in US wedding work for several seasons — the look depends on having small, irregular, non-florist shapes available.
