There is no minimum order. You can buy a single pack of any option, and prices are per pack: each option shows how many stems it contains (for example 30 or 80), so divide the price by that number for the per-stem cost.

US Stock and Pre-Order Purchasing

Selected products are held in our US warehouse. Start with the US Stock collection if you need a domestic shipment. Orders take 1–3 business days to process, then 2–5 business days in transit. Standard shipping within the US is free. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.

Pre-order products are made to order. The lead time is shown on the product page (usually about 30 days), and we confirm the schedule with your order. For a fixed event date, choose US-stock items.

Can artificial flowers be used outdoors?

It depends on the product. Ask us about the specific SKU before using it outdoors. If you need UV or water resistance, request that product’s information rather than assuming the whole range has the same rating.

What happens if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We accept claims for damage, defects or incorrect items within seven days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and clear photos or video. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Confirm the terms for custom orders before paying.
